Shipping Shipping costs are added at checkout and are based on the total value of your order. Preorder sales might be available at a fix posting and postage rate. Check with us for a final quoting price. Packaging We use ecologic, recycled or recyclable boards and films to pack the orders. All items are sealed or wrapped properly before posting. Personal Data Your personal information will remain confidential. Returns Due to the nature of the items sold, all sales are final. Loss / Damage Very rarely items are damaged or lost. For any non-arrival of items, please report to us directly by email within 20 - 40 calendar days of the original order date. If a refund is due we will proceed accordingly. Any refund is not automatic and it may require additional investigation and official claim reports with courier companies. Any suspicious claim will be rejected. For any damage to an item, please report to us immediately upon receipt of the order by email. Your claim must include photographs of the damaged packaging and goods, your order references, and we may require that you ship both, packaging and the item, back to us. Please keep it safe until we have agreed and confirmed the damage. Losses and damages caused by special circumstances (natural disasters, terrorism attacks, etc.) are not covered by this policy.
